Slava Menn

Born in Ukraine, Slava’s moved to the land of opportunity when he was 9 months old. Slava began his real estate investing career at the start of the Great Recession. He started with a $10K savings to buy distressed properties in 2008. Since 2013, he has developed over 100 projects. He holds a BSEE and MSEE from Boston University and a MBA from MIT Sloan and guest lectures at both schools.

Jaime Contreras

Born in Colombia, Jaime moved to the land opportunity when he was 25 years old, and began his real estate career shortly after. He spent years in residential real estate and hospitality, where he became an executive at Starwood Hotels and Marriott International. Jaime leads our Hospitality Business and has a knack for developing strong relationships with sellers. Jaime holds a BSIE from Universidad de Los Andes and an MBA from MIT Sloan.

Johnny Diaz

Johnny Diaz II serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Good Harbor Commercial Real Estate, where he leads company operations and supports the growth of Good Harbor’s expanding multi-state portfolio. With more than 15 years of experience building high-performing teams and scaling organizations, he oversees the coordination between construction, property management, and finance to ensure projects and properties operate efficiently and consistently.

Johnny brings a unique blend of accountability and empathy to his leadership. He develops the systems, structures, and communication rhythms that help teams execute at a high level, while cultivating a culture people are proud to be part of. His background includes driving rapid organizational growth, training teams to achieve record performance, and guiding leaders through periods of change and expansion.

Beyond his role at Good Harbor, Johnny is known for his dynamic presence as a speaker and leadership consultant. He challenges audiences to think differently about influence, performance, and organizational clarity—equipping them with practical strategies they can apply immediately. No matter the setting, his mission remains the same: to help people and organizations reach levels of clarity, consistency, and results they didn’t think possible.

Luis Garcia

Luis García leads the finance team, he brings years of experience in real estate finance, multi-entity accounting, and operational leadership across multifamily and commercial portfolios. He brings a strong academic foundation, with a degree in Economics from Purdue University and an MBA from Universidad de los Andes.

He has guided accounting teams through complex initiatives such as cost segregation studies, 1031 exchanges, construction loan structuring, and cash-out refinances. Luis also develops financial models, forecasting tools, and reporting systems that help the company make clear, data-driven decisions.

A collaborative leader, he works closely with the operations and acquisitions teams to support underwriting, budgeting, and long-term planning. His focus is on building reliable financial processes, improving visibility across projects, and strengthening the company’s performance as it grows.

John Miner

John Miner brings a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to Good Harbor Real Estate as our property manager. A U.S. Navy veteran and lifelong New Hampshire resident, John has spent his life building strong communities and honing his leadership and communication skills.

Before joining us, John dedicated 25 years to education as a science teacher and high school administrator. Alongside his educational career, he owns and runs a small landscaping business. John holds two master’s degrees, in Curriculum Development and Assessment and Administration, adding depth to his expertise.

In his personal time, John loves the outdoors and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their two adult children. He’s passionate about building strong relationships and contributing positively to every community he’s part of.
