Real estate operator, entrepreneur, and investor focused on value-add flex industrial, small-bay warehouse, and neighborhood retail.
I was born in Ukraine and am perpetually grateful for my parents' courage to leave the Soviet Union and bring me to the land of opportunity as an infant. Starting with $8K in savings in 2007, at the start of the Great Recession, I have since acquired and stabilized over $110M and 550,000 SF of real estate across 18 years.
From 2007 to 2022, I invested in multifamily, urban condo development, and historic hospitality redevelopment. Since 2021, I have focused on value-add flex industrial, small-bay warehouse, and neighborhood retail across the Midwest and East Coast, the core of what Good Harbor does today.
During a brief distraction with tech startups, I co-founded Socrative (acquired by Instructure) and Fortified Bicycle (acquired by 365 Holdings). Educated far beyond my intellect, I hold a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering & Photonics from Boston University and an MBA from MIT Sloan, and guest lecture at both schools. My writing on entrepreneurship has appeared in Inc. Magazine and The Boston Globe.
"My word closes the deal long before the paperwork does."
A simple operating principle behind how deals get done.
I believe relationships over transactions. Find good assets, treat sellers right, and never retrade. My word closes the deal long before the paperwork does.
Sellers remember who was straightforward, who created friction, and who changed terms late. The goal here is simple: clarity, follow-through, and a reputation that compounds.
This section is set up as seller-facing positioning and can easily be expanded later with testimonials, deal examples, or transaction criteria.
I see your capital as sacred, hard-earned money entrusted to me and not to be taken lightly. The track record reflects it. 18 years, never lost a dime of investor money, never done a capital call, and never delivered less than a double-digit annual return.
The strongest investor pages do not try too hard. They communicate seriousness, discipline, and alignment. This layout leaves room for future proof points without diluting the core message.
It is intentionally direct and credibility-driven rather than flashy.
I split my time between Maui and New England. When not chained to my standing desk, I can be found kitesurfing, bowhunting, or catching small waves with my Dreamgirl and three feral children.
This draft follows the general Good Harbor feel with a dark navy foundation, warm sand backgrounds, restrained gold accents, strong typography, and straightforward messaging. It is set up to be easy to refine once captions, testimonials, links, or contact actions are finalized.
